Comparing Accountability Provisions: Higher Education Act and PROSPER Act

On December 1, House Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) introduced the Promoting Opportunity, Success, and Prosperity through Education Reform (PROSPER) Act (H.R. 4508).
